Wing Public School Families, It’s been a wonderful first week of school and the year is off to a great start! Please remember to turn in your applications for free and reduced meals in the office. The guidelines have changed this year and there are families who have not typically qualified in the past who may now qualify under the new state and federal guidelines. This year we also started serving breakfast and so far it has been successful. We have had a high number of students eat breakfast in the morning. The cost of breakfast is $1.50. If you qualify for free or reduced lunch, you automatically qualify for a free breakfast. If you do not wish for your child to eat breakfast, please let the school know. If the school is not notified that you do not wish for your child(ren) to participate in breakfast, your child will be allowed to eat breakfast when they come through the breakfast line. Families will be notified of their breakfast balance at the same time they are notified of their lunch balance. Please do not hesitate to call the school with questions or concerns. Thank you and have a wonderful weekend! Respectfully, Cari Kramer, Wing Public School Superintendent
