Required Sanford Concussion Testing High School & Junior High Southern McLean Football & Cross Country Tuesday, August 2nd @ Washburn School 1:30: Washburn Athletes 2:30: Wilton Wing Athletes Required for all 7th, 9th & 11th grade Southern McLean Football & Cross Country Members. Also required for all XC & FB members that were not tested last year. Washburn Cardinal Volleyball will schedule concussion testing at a later date.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! Please pass along to anyone who might be interested. The Central Regional Education Association (CREA) will be conducting a back-to-school workshop for participating school staff within McLean County and surrounding areas on August 18, 2022, at the Washburn Public School. The workshop will be an interactive immersion experience called Poverty Simulation, see description below. We are seeking numerous volunteers to help make this an amazing experience for the teachers and staff working in the area. Please consider volunteering your time for this event. The Poverty Simulation is an interactive immersion experience where participants (school staff) will be assigned to a "family" and navigate many of the challenges their students may face when living in a low-income household. This event is designed to bridge the gap from misconception to reality. Volunteers are needed to work the various community resource stations (bank, utility collector, grocery store, school, daycare, social services, etc.) the participants will interact with. Volunteers will receive all information needed for their task when they arrive to the event. We need several volunteers for both the morning and afternoon sessions. Those helping with both sessions will be provided lunch. For the AM session, volunteers need to arrive at 8am and will finish by 11am. PM session volunteers need to arrive by 12:30pm and will finish at 3:30pm. To volunteer for this event, please email Anne Williamson at Anne.Williamson@k12.nd.us indicating your availability for the AM, PM or BOTH sessions no later than August 10th.

Reminder to ALL fall athletes grades 7-12: You need to have a current physical, code of conduct, AND athletic fee turned in to the main office at the Wilton school BEFORE your first practice. You can pick up the code of conducts during business hours.
