Homecoming Friday Announcement: All WPS students will attend the homecoming pep rally and parade in Washburn. Students will be leaving at 12:15 (unless otherwise determined). The pep rally begins at 1:30 with the parade beginning at 2:15. Parents are welcome to join the festivities in Washburn. Students will ride the bus to and from the event. Upon leaving the parade students will ride on their regular route busses. If they normally walk or drive to school, they will ride a designated bus to be brought directly to the school. The first grader’s story this week was about Dan making bugs and bats to sell. Sooo these two used this idea and created some bugs and bats to sell at the Wing Harvest Days this Sunday. The money they raise will buy new books for the library. Great Job Girls!!
