Congratulations to Callie Vollmer. She earned Academic All-State Honorable Mention as awarded by the North Dakota Association of Secondary School Principals.
Fox Den Design and Engineering - Wildcat Cozy Cat Cottage - Students designed and built cat shelter prototypes and then tested the prototype for cold factor protection with a "baked potato" kitty. The final project was to research and build an actual working cat shelter - a purr-fect ending to a fun week of learning!!! 😻
Busy First Graders! Learning about globes, maps, and models, winter craft projects, designing with pattern blocks, a dinosaur rummage sale and reading about our favorite things.
Geometry students have been practicing drawing shapes in one-point and two-point perspectives.
The District 8 GBB Tournament schedule is out! Come out Friday at 4:30 to cheer on the Miners in Washburn against New Salem!

The team had some great matches but we didn't advance to State this year. We did however win the "Design Award" and learned more for future builds! So impressed with the teams hard work and commitment to each other this year!
