Happy New Year from the Fox Den! 🥳

Used Christmas cards are now being welcomed at the Fox Den. As you prepare for the new year, instead of throwing out your beautiful holiday cards, consider dropping them off at Wing School. We occasionally recycle them for holiday art projects. Thank you!

Hello everyone, First let me start off by wishing you all a Happy New Year!! With school starting back up after the new year, this is an important reminder regarding school bus and traffic safety. It's important for drivers to use caution when children are getting off or on a school bus. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administation, children are safer riding on school buses than in private vehicles. The most hazardous times for children who ride a bus are when they are getting off or on a school bus. According to North Dakota Century Code 39-10-46, the driver of a vehicle meeting or overtaking from either direction any school bus stopped on the highway shall stop the vehicle before reaching the school bus. The school bus must have its flashing red lights or the stop sign on the control arm activated. The driver of a vehicle may not proceed until the school bus resumes motion, the driver is signaled by the school bus driver to proceed, or the flashing red lights and the stop sign on the control arm are no longer activated. This includes when the buses are parked in front of the school for loading and unloading. If you have any question or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. Respectfully, Ms. Kramer

Thank you to our school board!
