It looks as if winter weather is here to stay! I wanted to take this opportunity for a communication reminder.
We are continuing to encourage parents and stakeholders to check out our school website, download the Wing School app, save our website link as an app, or if on Facebook, check out our school page.
In the event of a sudden change to the school day such as a weather related event, an alert goes out via Apptegy. This is our second year of using Apptegy for our alert system. Notifications can be received, via the mobil app - the name of the app is Wing Public School via your app store on your phone (be sure to enable notifications), texts and emails.
We received a few calls today that not everyone received the notifcation of the late start. If you did not, please be sure you are using and checking the above mentioned communication avenues.
For other announcements, daily checking of these sources will improve overall communication. Technology helps everyone stay the most up-to-date! We often push out several posts, some for leisure whereas others may be more informational.
If you, or someone you know, would like assistance in having the online information at their fingertips we can set up a time to meet and provide help!

Good morning, due to blowing and drifting on the roads, Wing Public School will have a one hour late start today, November 17, 2022.
Wing's 6th through 12th Grade students recently completed their Children's Book project. Each student wrote and then illustrated his or her own book.
