Wing Public School is looking for volunteers for our STEMzone family event on March 28th! Each volunteer would help guide students through the planned activity provided (you would be walked through how to do the activity)!
We will only be able to have as many activities as we have volunteers, please reach out to Mrs. Lyngaas if you are willing and able to help out, or would like more information.

Due to the winter weather conditions that will continue to affect busing and access to the school, Wing Public School will have a virtual day today, Thursday, March 16, 2023. Parents of PK-5 students watch for an email this morning from Mrs. Lyngaas and parents of students in grades 6-12 and students in grades 6-12 watch for an email from Ms. Kramer. The plan for each grade is self-paced so there is not a set time for a student to begin. This is our first day using a virtual plan so questions are expected. Students may email their teachers or Ms. Kramer or Mrs. Lyngaas.
Also, a reminder that there is no school tomorrow.

There was an issue with the alerts that went out this morning and not everyone received the alert, due to poor country road conditions, Wing Public School buses will run only where possible today. Reminder that tomorrow is our breakfast event!
Students attending Prom on March 25 need to sign-up in the office. If your date is not from Wilton or Wing you must get a guest permission slip signed and returned. Attendees planning to participate in the After-Prom Party at Planet Pizza in Minot must return signed release forms for themselves and their dates by this Wednesday at the end of the school day. Please pick up forms in the office.
Track practice is canceled for today.
The Junior High basketball tournament for tomorrow has been postponed. We will follow up with a date for the games to be played.
Trey and Dontaye were selected to the Region 5 All -Region team. Congratulations boys! We are proud of you!
Due to the forecasted weather, Wing FFA will not be attending the FFA contest in Carrington on Saturday.

Wilton Food Pantry March Food Distribution: Thursday, March 16th from 3:00-5:00 PM at the Wilton Senior Center (42 Dakota Ave).
