Our staff have had a busy two days of professional development and getting ready for our students. Yesterday, staff became certified in CPI. Today we are going through Restorative Practices professional development. Both of these focus on what is best for students and provides us with tools and resources to meet the needs of all of our students.
Sports bus for Football, XC, and Volleyball will be leaving Wing at 2:45 tomorrow. Please be a little early and ready to go!

Football: Bus will leave Wing 5:45 p.m
XC: Bus will leave at the normal 7:00 am for the 8:00am practice
Volleyball: Bus will Leave Wing at 3:50 for the 4:30 practice.

Football has a scrimmage against Nedrose from 10-12.

Good morning. At our board meeting last night, the board voted to have masks as “optional” for 2021-22 school year. What this means is that it is up to each individual, student or staff, to choose whether they will wear a mask or not.
Students in grades 7-12:
You may log in to Power School to see your schedule. If you are missing a class, you must contact Ms. Kramer and set up a time to pick your class(es) out before August 19th. If you need a copy of your schedule, you may pick it up at the Back-to-School night on August 17.
9-12 volleyball practices begin Monday, August 16 at 4:30 pm.
Junior high volleyball practices begin Thursday, August 19 at 3:30 pm
The bus will be leaving at 2:45 from the school.
Junior High Football:
The bus will leave Wing at 2:30 this week (8/9-8/13)for practice. Please be ready to go right away.
Practice will run 3:45-5:30.
Cross Country:
The bus will leave Wing at 7:00am for practice starting on Monday August 9th.
Please make sure you have everything you need for practice!

Southern McLean Football is selling discount cards as a fundraiser. Discount cards have deals that can be used at businesses in Washburn, Wilton, and Bismarck along with some discounts through national brands. Small change for the Football busing schedule. On Thursday, August 5th the bus will leave at 3:30 so athletes are able to get to Washburn in time for the impact concussion testing. Please make sure you are ready to go with everything you need for practice!

Parents who are planning on enrolling students into pre-k or who are new to the district, you must provide us with a copy of the student's birth certificate and updated immunization records. Back -to-school night is Tuesday, August 17th at 5:30 and the first day of school is August 19th. We can't wait to see you all!
