Parents & Families: We are asking for help! We are taking the opportunity to address something that has been occuring in our school. We have been noticing a high volume of unhealthy snacks and beverages coming into the school. We, as administrators, have come up with a guide to use when selecting snacks for your child(ren) to bring to school. Please use this when sending snacks/lunch with your student.
Additionally, water is the only beverage that elementary students are allowed to have in the classroom. Students in grades 7-12 may only have water in the classroom. Students in grades 7-12 may have an approved beverage (see list on attached document) in their lockers. They just will not be able to bring them into the classroom.
Please don't hesitate to ask us any questions. We look forward to your cooperation with this!
